1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the gooo11 platform and all of its services. gooo11 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games and various other gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

gooo11 services apply to specific regions. It is entirely your responsibility to verify whether using these services is lawful in your current location.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. gooo11 will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing your login credentials with another person.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

gooo11 may request identity verification (Know Your Customer) at any time. You may be required to submit valid documents such as a national identity card, passport or driving licence. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed within the specified time.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. An administrative fee may be applied to the balance of an inactive account.

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on gooo11 is ৳300. Deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Deposited funds are generally added to the account instantly. If there is a delay due to technical reasons, please contact our support.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed while an identity verification process is ongoing. The user retains the ability to cancel a withdrawal request before processing begins.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not applicable.

4.4 Failed Transactions

gooo11 will not be liable if a transaction fails due to a technical error or a problem with the payment method. The terms and conditions of third-party payment providers will also apply.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (25x wagering). The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Bonus Terms of Use

• Each bonus has its own validity period and any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games and markets on gooo11.
• gooo11 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If unusual betting patterns or suspected bonus abuse are detected, gooo11 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.4 VIP Program

The gooo11 VIP Program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. You can advance to higher tiers through regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits. gooo11 reserves the right to change the rules of the VIP program.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details before confirming.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error in the game or betting software causes incorrect results or payouts to be displayed, gooo11 reserves the right to void those results. gooo11 will not be liable for any losses caused by technical errors.

6.3 Internet Disconnection

If the internet connection is lost during play, the result of any ongoing bet will be determined automatically and will be considered final. gooo11 will not be liable for connection issues.

6.4 Match Fixing and Fraud

Bets related to match fixing, use of insider information or any form of fraud are completely prohibited. If evidence of involvement in such activities is found, the account will be immediately terminated and the relevant authorities will be notified.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the gooo11 platform:

• Using an account for illegal purposes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.
• Attempting to intrude into the system using hacking, viruses or malware.
• Using bots or automated software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using or stealing another user's account credentials.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Attempting to disrupt the normal operation of the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information.

The account of any person involved in any of the above activities will be immediately terminated and legal action will be taken where applicable.
